HANDOVER OF WORK AREA AND WORK PERMIT

general conditions:

Our Company will only be able to give its consent to the handover of work area in possession of a valid work permit.

  • General conditions for issuing a work permit:
  • approved construction plan
  • in all cases, a valid consent of the public road operator,
  • if the activity is subject to an official authorisation, a copy of the official authorisation must be submitted
  • a temporary traffic management plan with the agreement of the public road operator (if previously required)
  • the existence of a construction schedule taking into account technological times
  • the consent of MVM Net Zrt. ([email protected]; [email protected]) where the optical fibre infrastructure network is affected
  • General conditions for issuing work permits to partners who have a contractual relationship with our Company:
  • reference to a contractual relationship
  • a temporary traffic management plan with the agreement of the public road operator (if previously required)
  • the existence of a construction schedule taking into account technological times

Please submit the application by post to MKIF Hungarian Concession Infrastructure Development Plc. (2040 Budaörs, Akron utca 2., Hungary) or digitally in pdf format to [email protected].

filing an application:

The application for a work permit must include:

  • name, address, contact details (email, phone number) of the applicant,
  • the name, address and contact details (email, telephone number) of the holder of the public road operator’s consent,
  • the place of work (use) (road number, section number, municipality, postal code),
  • the length and width of the road area to be occupied,
  • the planned start and end dates of the use,
  • the name and contact details of the person responsible for ensuring compliance with the conditions of the public road operator’s consent,
  • the owner and operator of any structure or other facility located on, under or over the public road as a result of the use and their contact details.
  • the file number of the public road operator’s consent for the authorisation and construction plans
