Please provide 1 working copy of the implementation plans to our Company at the latest before the provisional placing in service. The working copy must include a manual correction in red of any deviation from the original plans.

We request 3 hard copies of the final implementation plans for all disciplines for our Company:

• on 1 copy, the changes made during the construction should be marked in red in relation to the original construction plans (crossing out the planned data, indicating the values implemented), 2 copies of the implementation plans for the bridge construction
• 2 copies in black and white should only show the actual situation.

In addition to the paper documentation, we also request 1 copy in digital (editable (dwg, doc, xls) and non-editable (pdf) format.

Please submit the designs (drawings) in dwg format.

In addition, please ensure that digital designs in dwg format above meet the following requirements:

• surfaces can be calculated,
• documentation based on a geodetic survey
• 3D file in height base system according to EOV correct construction plans
• based on a current land registry base map
• hidden installations should be indicated with a pre-hiding measurement
