After a long holiday weekend, we are back at work across the country.
Over three nights (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday), the exit branch of the Székesfehérvár-Centrum junction on the M7 motorway towards Lake Balaton will be renewed.
1st night: Milling, deposition of bonding layer
2nd night: Laying down the top layer
3rd night: Painting of pavement signs
Due to heavy traffic, we only work at night (between 8 pm and 6 am).
And next week, the junction on the side towards the capital comes next, with the junction branches expected to be rebuilt between 7 pm and 6 am on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights.
Please note that these works do not take place on the main track! As promised, there will be no scheduled asphalting on the M1 or M7 in August.
On the way to Lake Balaton, we have not changed the pavement since the beginning of the holiday season, to ensure easier access to the lake!
All works will be announced in good time and in advance on www.mkif.hu and www.utinform.hu.
Please prepare for possible speed limitations around the night work locations! We kindly ask everyone to drive with extra care along the diversions!
