In addition to the work on the main line, the reconstruction of bridges and overpasses in off-track areas is ongoing at several locations.

The bridges are delivered to the site in several elements, which are then subjected to ultrasound and X-ray weld inspections. This will be followed by the installation of the elements, which is expected to take place overnight in the coming weeks.

The section to be widened between the M0 and the Concó rest area is 78 km, with 72 bridges and overpasses to be rebuilt or reconstructed.
